2017 Registration Forms

 Dear Members and Campers,
 
I am happy to announce that I will be returning for my third year as PCC Sports Day Camp Director. I have been a counselor at the Sports Camp since the summer of 2010 and began work as the director in 2015. I graduated from Pelham Memorial High School in 2009 and from NYU in 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Music in Music Education. Currently, I am a PreK-8 music teacher at a private school in New York City and am pursuing my master’s degree in Education from Hunter College. I am confident that with my experience as counselor, teacher and camp director, the Sports Camp will continue to grow and flourish as an established tradition of Pelham Country Club.
 
This year, the Camp will continue organizing such favorites as swimming, gardening, tennis, recreation, color games and theme weeks. The program will also include a field trip and weekly-specialized attractions. These activities will be designed to engage, enrich and educate each child through collaboration, team building skills and developmentally appropriate and challenging events. This summer, we will be introducing a new culminating event for all campers to enjoy—a family/camper picnic and outdoor movie viewing the evening of August 3rd and a pizza party and original Camp movie screening on our last day, August 4th.  
 
PCC Sports Camp is open to children and grandchildren of country club members. Children who will begin kindergarten in September 2017 may enroll in the half-day mini camp. Children who have completed kindergarten through 6th grade may enroll in the full-day program. The camp season is six weeks long, beginning Monday, June 26th and ending Friday, August 4th. This year, we will be offering a three-day discounted week July 3rd-7th to accommodate families celebrating an extended July 4th weekend. If you are interested in registering your child for Camp, please complete the registration forms. Registration packets can be obtained by clicking the links below, at the front desk or can be printed from the website, www.pelhamcc.com. These packets include the Camp registration form, emergency contact form, medical form and swimming permission slip. Please make sure to complete and return the forms to the front desk by Friday, April 21st, 2017. It is a health department requirement that all campers are registered by Friday, April 21st, in order for the Camp to be approved and begin the season.
