Jimmy Hernandez has over 20 years of experience in food and beverage operations and management at independently-owned restaurants and private clubs in Westchester and Connecticut. While attending school in White Plains, Jimmy began his career as a dishwasher at the age of 15, and his passion for the business grew with each step forward. After many years in the restaurant industry, Jimmy joined Rolling Hills Country Club as Dining Room Manager in 2016, eventually rising to the position of Food & Beverage Manager. In 2018, Jimmy joined the PCC team as Dining Service Manager, and he was subsequently promoted to Director of Member Dining in January 2020. Jimmy is a member of the Club Management Association of America and the Metropolitan Club Managers Association, and he is currently pursuing his Club Manager Certification. Originally from El Salvador, Jimmy resides in White Plains with his wife, Sonja, and his two children, Dominic and Lila.
