Tim Cole

General Manager & Chief Operating Officer

Timothy W. Cole joined the PCC management team as General Manager & COO in February 2016. An experienced hospitality industry executive, educator and entrepreneur, Tim has a comprehensive background in club operations, asset management and real estate sales/development. His diverse career includes senior positions with two privately-held development companies, where he administered resort communities anchored by upscale branded hotels and directed operations and pre-opening services for hospitality enterprises in the United States, Europe and the Caribbean. Tim’s property-level management experience includes country clubs in Puerto Rico, Arizona and Virginia. Tim is a graduate of the Johnson Graduate School of Management and the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. His affiliations include the Cornell Hotel Society, Club Management Association of America and Metropolitan Club Managers Association.

Jeanmarie Ward

Director of Membership & Events

Jeanmarie joined PCC in 2014 as Director of Membership. She worked for the New York Public Library in Human Resources as both the Employment Administrator and Director of Benefits before staying home and working part time in both the Rye YMCA and with Project Community. She has a degree in Communications with a Psychology minor from Marist College and a Master’s Degree in Career Life Development from the College of New Rochelle.

Belinda Ochoa

Controller

Belinda joined PCC in December 2018 as Controller. She is an experienced accounting and financial reporting professional and brings her years of experience as a manager in public and corporate accounting environment to PCC. Before joining PCC, Belinda worked as the Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting in a large publishing company. Her public accounting background as an auditor with Ernst & Young and with Condon O’Meara, McGinty & Donnelly LLP has helped her to be successful in leading accounting teams and as well as advising executives on financial, reporting, compliance, budget and audit-related issues. As a long time Westchester resident, she is excited to be a part of the PCC team.

Jeff Wentworth, CGCS

Title

Golf Course Superintendent

Jeff is in his 24th season at PCC. He is a graduate of the Stockbridge School of Agriculture, the University of Massachusetts and a Certified Golf Course Superintendent. Early in his career he spent time at notable Myopia Hunt Club, Ridgewood CC and Columbia CC in Washington. Jeff later worked as Assistant Superintendent at Westchester Country Club, where he managed a large team and prepared for four PGA Tour events. Jeff supports his profession and volunteers promoting the Golf Course Superintendent occupation. He served on the MET GCSA Board of Directors for 5 years as chair of the Education and Tournament committees. Jeff has lectured many times at the University of Massachusetts and is a founding member of the Alumni Turf Group. He served as a Director for over 10 years. ATG has raised over $700,000 to promote turf grass research and education at Umass. Jeff is married to his wife, Mimi, for 22 years, is an avid golfer and happy to be a part of the PCC team.

Mike Diffley, PGA

Head Golf Professional

Mike has been the Head Golf Professional at PCC since 1988. He was the Head Professional at Kissena Park in Flushing and an Assistant Professional at Nassau CC and Cherry Valley Club both in Long Island. He graduated from St. John’s University where he is a member of the Athletic Hall of Fame for leading the team in 1982 to the Big East Conference and Metropolitan Championships as well as being the individual Champion in both. After coming to PCC, he has been involved with the Metropolitan PGA as a Board member and was the Tournament Chairman for over a decade. Mike takes pride in the quality of the Professionals that work at PCC as well as past Assistant Professionals who have gone on to great success. Mike’s the proud father of Sean ( former PCC caddy) who just finished his 10 year at Morgan Stanley and Dawn (former Pro Shop employee) who is attending school and living in California.

Gus Nikiforides

Executive Chef

Chef Gus joined PCC in 2012. His expertise include french cuisine and he has executed his specialty in restaurants such as La Crémaillère and Roger Sherman Inn. In addition, Gus has worked in many Clubs around the area such as Tokeneke Country Club, Shore & Country Club, Leewood Country Club, Greenwich Field Club and Willow Ridge Country Club. Gus enjoys working with his staff and guiding them towards the ultimate culinary vision. His professional affiliations include Connecticut Club Chef's and Westchester Club Chef's.

Locker Room Supervisor

Tito has been a integral part of the PCC team for over 28 years. His knowledge and expertise in locker room management are key qualities that make him a successful locker room supervisor. Tito is a member of the Locker Room Manager's Association and continues to gain insight and experience in his role.
