A native of Poughkeepsie, NY, Bill has turned his life-long love for the game of golf into a fulfilling career in the private club business. After a standout career as a runner at Arlington High School, Bill accepted a scholarship to LaSalle University to compete for the Explorers and study American History. After LaSalle, Bill worked for Budweiser in marketing & sales, before moving to Houston, TX in pursuit of a career in the club management business. In Houston, Bill worked at several prominent private clubs, including The Clubs of Kingwood, Sweetwater Country Club, and Royal Oaks Country Club, moving up from F&B Manager to Clubhouse Manager. In 2021 Bill returned to the Clubs of Kingwood as the Club Manager, overseeing 90 holes of golf, 7 unique dining outlets, a waterpark, and 3,100 family memberships. Bill is active in the Club Management Association of America and Court of Master Sommeliers of America. Bill and his wife Caitlin, reside in New Rochelle with their dog Stella.

Pablo has been a part of PCC since 1988. Upon arriving in New York, he took on various roles at the Club, starting as a busboy and dishwasher. In these roles, he showed great enthusiasm and hard work that gave him the opportunity to succeed. Pablo earned various promotions throughout the years. He fell in love with the hospitality business and ultimately advanced from waiter to Assistant General Manager. His professional affiliations include Club Management Association of America and Metropolitan Club Managers Association. Pablo continues to grow professionally, and we are fortunate to have him as a part of the PCC family.

Jeanmarie joined PCC in 2014 as Director of Membership. She worked for the New York Public Library in Human Resources as both the Employment Administrator and Director of Benefits before staying home and working part time with both the Rye YMCA and Project Community. She has a degree in Communications with a Psychology minor from Marist College and a Master’s Degree in Career Life Development from the College of New Rochelle.

Danielle Carolei

Danielle, a first-generation in her family to be born in America, grew up in New York. She attended Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, for culinary and business studies. She has worked in various positions at family and friends' restaurants, from front to back of the house, eventually becoming an Executive Chef and Mixologist. She served as the Executive Chef at the Rhode Island Yacht Club for two years before returning to New York to run her father's restaurant for a decade, transforming it into the number one restaurant in Peekskill, featured as one of the "Best Restaurants" in The New York Times. After ten years, she went on to work with famous chefs such as Jean George and Michael Psilakis. Known as "Dee," she has catered to many celebrities in Westchester County, and she is dedicated to enhancing the club's service and member experiences.

Rich recently joined PCC as a controller in September 2023. After volunteering at the US Open at Winged Foot Golf Club in 1984, he became hooked on golf and the private club environment and has now been involved in the industry for over 35 years. He began his career as an auditor for Pannell Kerr Forster after graduating from Manhattan College. He specialized in not-for-profit accounting and has performed many audits in the private Club industry. Rich has worked as the controller at Canoe Brook Country Club in Summit, New Jersey as well as the Country Club of Fairfield in Connecticut. A lifelong Bronx resident and New York Yankee fan, Rich is looking forward to be working close to home again.

Jeff Wentworth, CGCS

Jeff is in his 25th season at PCC. He is a graduate of the Stockbridge School of Agriculture at the University of Massachusetts and a Certified Golf Course Superintendent. Early in his career, he spent time at notable Myopia Hunt Club, Ridgewood CC and Columbia CC in Washington. Jeff later worked as Assistant Superintendent at Westchester Country Club, where he managed a large team and prepared for four PGA Tour events. Jeff supports his profession and volunteers promoting the Golf Course Superintendent occupation. He served on the MET GCSA Board of Directors for five years as chair of the Education and Tournament Committees. Jeff has lectured many times at the University of Massachusetts and is a founding member of the Alumni Turf Group, where he served as a Director for over 10 years. ATG has raised over $700,000 to promote turf grass research and education at UMass. Jeff has been married to his wife, Mimi, for 23 years. He is an avid golfer and happy to be a part of the PCC team.

Mike Diffley, PGA

Head Golf Professional

Mike has been the Head Golf Professional at PCC since 1988. He was formerly Head Professional at Kissena Park in Flushing and an Assistant Professional at Nassau CC and Cherry Valley Club, both on Long Island. Mike graduated from St. John’s University, where he is a member of the Athletic Hall of Fame for leading the team in 1982 to the Big East Conference and Metropolitan Championships as well as being the individual champion in both. Since coming to PCC, he has been involved with the Metropolitan PGA as a Board member and was the Tournament Chairman for over a decade. Mike takes pride in the quality of the Professionals that work at PCC as well as past Assistant Professionals who have gone on to great success. Mike is the proud father of Sean (former PCC caddie) who just finished his tenth year at Morgan Stanley and Dawn (former Pro Shop employee) who is attending school and living in California.

Tito has been an integral part of the PCC team for over 28 years. His knowledge and expertise in locker room management are key qualities that make him a successful locker room supervisor. Tito is a member of the Locker Room Manager's Association and continues to gain insight and experience in his role.
